About Malecon 10 Year Old Reserva Superior Rum
Malecon Rum takes its name from a legendary street in Havana, where its recipe originates. The finest Panamanian sugar cane is harvested, then fermented and distilled, before the spirit is aged in oak casks for 10 years. It has won several medals and awards for its deliciously tropical, fruity, creamy, complex, and smooth taste profile. About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
